Working out for about 7 months but i stopped for 2 months due to work and in those 2 months i feel like they just got bigger....im sure if i work out hardcore and diet well they'll go down but i just dont know much bout working out on chest i just know the reg stuff guys at the gym tell you and also what is the best diet to go on.

^^^^ thats the point i was trying to make, but it seems mcfly didnt get it becuz hes knife happy. im not tryin to flame you mcfly but thats like the second or third time ive seen you either give or agree with goin under the knife advice without knowing all the facts about the person. the knife isnt always the answer its the last resort... im NOT bein an a$$hole just want people to think about what they do to their selves
Number 1 if you do not have gyno what doctor would perform gyno surgery. He said he had "bitch tits." That is a slang term for gyno (I know gyno is slang also). Also if you have gyno and letro does not work you HAVE to get it cut out. No other way. I am not knife happy, who wants to get cut. You say I am going around telling people to get surgery. I believe the only other thread I mentioned surgery is the one where he said he had lumps and I believe I said you will have to go under the knife if the letro doesn't work. If you have a miracle cure for gyno that no one knows about let us all know. If diet and exercise work then you did not have gyno in the first place.Quote:
