Ok Im Going To Take Winstrol For The First Time. What Is The Recommended Dose? And For How Long?

Try and include something Extra,as winny on its own is not the best...

winny needs to be taken every day, preferably split into 2 doses if taken orally to help keep blood levels stable...25mg am, 25mg pm or a total of 50mg a day.

It's one of the most painful injections out there. You won't be doing it every day. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day. What's it dosed at?

then make sure your win is around the recommended dosage and use 1 ml or cc per day, or at least every other day. as far as runnin sus with it, imo i would do it like this:

Monday: winstrol inj
Tuesday: Sus inj
Wednesday: winstrol inj
Thursday: Sus inj
Friday: winstrol inj
Sat: Sus inj (***ending on how much sus your runnin per week)
Sun: winstrol inj

just something to think about, your sus is prolly rated at 250 mg's per ml so around 500-750 mg per week would be ideal, but if this is your first cycle, you might wanna stay around 500 mg's per week, just my 2 cents...

You can drink injectable winstrol with the same results. Try to inject that shit every day for 6 weeks.

well its not my first with sus but im still gonna do 500mg a week. but it is my first time taking winny and im not sure how to do this? i like your example but i dont know what is the best dose a week for winny.

then I'd take 1/4 of a cc every 12 hrs for optimum blood levels. Try injecting it a couple of times, it might not be that bad for you. You just need 6 or 7 injection sites.

deebo check this out, when they tell you that you can drink winny, you need to first make sure that the winny you have is water-based instead of oil based. If it is oil-based DO NOT drink it, it is for intrasmucular purposes only. Only consume it orally if you dont like needles or if its water-based. the only thing that sucks about drinking it is that you wont have the results you would have if your injecting it, meaning its not going to be as potent because your liver will kill most of the compound.

Mon: sus 165mg
Tue: winny 50mg
Wed:sus 165mg
Thur: winny 50mg
Fri: winny 50mg
Sat:sus 170mg
Sun: winny 50mg

This will equal 500mg of sus a week and 200mg of winny a week. what do you think? or anyone else some advice please

Bro, it sounds like you have some more research to do.

You can inject your Winny EOD, but you will get much better results if you inject it ED. Your blood levels will be much more stable.

Your Sust looks good.

How long are you planning on running each compound?

What is your PCT going to consist of?

mathematically, eod does not work. its like starting over every time you go to inject. 5 half lives is considered zero. winny has a 9 hour half life. 9*5 is 45. so every 48 would put you at 0 in your system.

I could swear everyone has said take 50mg daily divided into 2 doses....1a.m. and 1 p.m. That is 7x50mg = 350 mg weekly. How much do YOU want to take?

not true, winny is 17aa and by design will allow it to bypass the liver and enter in your bloodstream..it will not be broken down. There is next to no difference between injectable and oral winny. Injectable produces amount 17% more nitrogen retention but oral bonds better to SHBG for some reason. I read an article about it on here somewhere. Winny injects usually hurt most of time. Yes you can drink it as long as it water based. Unless youre a pro, you wont notice any difference. Drink it up!

just drink the winny. but add teste to cycle . but right now you need to reserch OP, you are not ready yet so just take ti slow.
but teste for 12 weeks and maybe an oral.. i rec test only for first cycle + AI + PCT

Doing research for a winstrol +sust cycle myself.. I saw several people ask what the PCT is for this, but never saw an answer..
I usually use anastrozole + clomid, would this work? or something else?

Most will use Novla +clomid. You need estrogen as you rebound back. It’s best to use HCG during the duration of the cycle.
