winny needs to be taken every day, preferably split into 2 doses if taken orally to help keep blood levels stable...25mg am, 25mg pm or a total of 50mg a day.

Monday: winstrol inj
Tuesday: Sus inj
Wednesday: winstrol inj
Thursday: Sus inj

Sat: Sus inj (***ending on how much sus your runnin per week)
Sun: winstrol inj

just something to think about, your sus is prolly rated at 250 mg's per ml so around 500-750 mg per week would be ideal, but if this is your first cycle, you might wanna stay around 500 mg's per week, just my 2 cents...

well its not my first with sus but im still gonna do 500mg a week. but it is my first time taking winny and im not sure how to do this? i like your example but i dont know what is the best dose a week for winny.

If it is oil-based DO NOT drink it, it is for intrasmucular purposes only. Only consume it orally if you dont like needles or if its water-based. the only thing that sucks about drinking it is that you wont have the results you would have if your injecting it, meaning its not going to be as potent because your liver will kill most of the compound.

Bro, it sounds like you have some more research to do.

You can inject your Winny EOD, but you will get much better results if you inject it ED. Your blood levels will be much more stable.

mathematically, eod does not work. its like starting over every time you go to inject. 5 half lives is considered zero. winny has a 9 hour half life. 9*5 is 45. so every 48 would put you at 0 in your system.

not true, winny is 17aa and by design will allow it to bypass the liver and enter in your bloodstream..it will not be broken down. There is next to no difference between injectable and oral winny. Injectable produces amount 17% more nitrogen retention but oral bonds better to SHBG for some reason. I read an article about it on here somewhere. Winny injects usually hurt most of time. Yes you can drink it as long as it water based. Unless youre a pro, you wont notice any difference. Drink it up!

just drink the winny. but add teste to cycle . but right now you need to reserch OP, you are not ready yet so just take ti slow.
but teste for 12 weeks and maybe an oral.. i rec test only for first cycle + AI + PCT

Most will use Novla +clomid. You need estrogen as you rebound back. It’s best to use HCG during the duration of the cycle.
