Lifting experience - 3 years. About a year and a half with the correct diet.
I was trying so damn hard to get over the damn 250lbs but if get to 255lbs I'm back to my old weight after taking dumpChanged the workout completely about every month or so, even tried to increase the calorie intake to 7000 (clean) for few weeks with 9 to 10 hour quality sleep - no gains. Got back to the old diet of around 5000 cals.

replaced all gainers with oats and some sort of protein. Will also bump the cals to around 6000.
Would you guys think that's pretty much the MAX that i can get to natty?

So I finally got all my gear to take it to the next level.
I'm planning to keep it simple, that is:
500mg test e (galenika's) for 12 weeks
with 1g for the first week to frontload.
Not gona take any anti-e's during the cycle to maximise the gains (have everything that i can possibly need in case of any estro sides)
PCT plan (will start 2 weeks after the last injection):
Week 1 - 20mgs/ed Nolva + 20mgs/ed Aromasin + 100mg Clomid/ed
Week 2 - 20mgs/ed Nolva + 20mgs/ed Aromasin + 100mg Clomid/ed
Week 3 - 20mgs/ed Nolva + 20mgs/ed Aromasin + 50mg Clomid/ed
Week 4 - 20mgs/ed Nolva + 20mgs/ed Aromasin + 50mg Clomid/ed
Week 5 - 20mgs/ed Nolva + 20mgs/ed Aromasin + 50mg Clomid/ed
Week 6 - 20mgs/ed Nolva
