What to do after a Cutting Cycle?
im currently on week 4 out of 8 in my cutting cycle
weeks 1-8 80mg test prop ED
weeks 1-4 50mg winny depot ED
my diet is really spot on at the mo because its working for me and ive tweaked it a few times and showed a few guys on here. basically it is;
7 meals
2500cals
300g pro
200g carbs only in breakfast, PWO and PPWO
2 days after the last day of my test prop/winny jab ill start my pct. which is nolva, clomid and aromasin.
my question is i want to stay as lean as poss and keep the muscle/vascularity i have along with my 6pack untill i start my lean bulk (feb 2008). how do i go about this??
