So is it safe to say that the majority of brothers obtain gear the first time through a local gym rat and/or your GNC/max muscle guy?
Is it also safe to say that typically one may expect to pay 200-300% more from such a place?
Is it also safer to obtain from the local guy vs online?
So can I pretty much approach the gym rat/max muscle guy (who I've known a bit on and off), make sure he doesn't work for LE and pop the question, so to speak?

You are not breaking the rules "per se", but that is the kind of info we don't like having discussed on the board as it calls for attention and gives any LE insight on "our" world.
