Hello fellow lifters... just dropping in to say HI. Awsome forum, I've been lurking on other bodybuilding forums for a few years now, just started to research steroids about 6 months back. Still reading all about roids, there is too much stuff to learn! I've never done a cycle yet, I'm just looking to get my diet and training down to near perfection before I take the plunge!
Experience:
I'm been working out very regularly for 5 years now. I'm 6'0", 205 lbs right now. When I started I was 207 lbs of pure fatRan for around 8 months and dropped to 161 lbs. Then started lifting weights and slowly gained to 210 until a couple of months back. Been slacking on the cardio for the last 3-4 months, so I need to burn off about 7-8 pounds of fat or so.
Training:
I go 2 days on, 1 day off.
1.Legs, 2. upper back, 3. arms, 4. chest 5. lower back and shoulders.
The usual focus on compounds with some isolation as well. Cardio used to be on all days except leg day. Will post more details if interested.
Diet is ok right now, getting enough protein, carbs and clean fats, could cut down on some occasional fast food though. Getting plenty of sleep too.
So that's it. Looking to take the plunge about 6 months or so from now. I think my lifts are decent currently (not awsome, but not bad either). I've set a goal to surpass 10% on my max lifts right now, and that is when I will take the plunge. Of course, I need to find a source first, but that is what the 6 months are for
I'm going through the stickies currently, lots of info in there. Some stuff I already know, some is new.
