my first cycle plese help(only deca)
im 30 years 155pounds 5.9
im in the gym for 2 years and im ready for my first cycle
week 1-300 2w- 400 3-400 4-400 5-400 deca
6-400 7-400 8-400 9-300 10-300
17 days after start p.c.t (clomid)
can u guys tellme if this cycle is right if not helpme thanks

who recommmended this Cycle for you? .. Why do you want to run Deca only?... Do u have a girlfriend?... have u told her that u are going to do this?...

Who said you that you are READY for this cycle???
2 years of training...not ebough to hit a plateau.
BTW, deca only is not advised.

Not good stats for a cycle, and not a good cycle. I too am curious how you arrived at this.

im curious to. personally i wouldnt run deca by itself for fear of deca dick plus other sides. i know people have run deca only cycles but i will never be one of them. if your running a solo cycle then just hit up 500mgs of test a week for 12 weeks and screw that up and down dosing.

If you haven't started the cycle, then take a small step back and do some research on hear. There is plenty of test/deca cycles that have been done on here that have lots of good information. It doesn't sound like you are quiet ready for the trip to the dark side. We are not trying to talk you out of doing a cycle, we just want you to do it correctly and not cause harm to your body. Most have only used test only for a first cycle and have had great results.

You did the right thing by posting your proposed cycle however it is not the best cycle. You should state your goals too, are you going for size, strength , cutting, bulking, etc. The more info you give the better advice you'll get.

Edduenri like the guys said do some resaearch and you will find plenty of examples of test/deca cycles. A few pointers though:
No need to varey the deca dosage from week to week, keep it stable. You may think tapering is the way to go (I used to also) but after much research I realise it just makes things more complicated and is of no benefit, especially as a beginer.
Run a bare minimum testesterone dose of 200mg per week (to replace natural test which will shut down from the deca) but preferably more like 400-500 mg per week. Its best to run more test than deca and many people aim for twice as much (say 500mg test per week and 250mg of deca per week) but It does not need to be exact. A 500 test/300 deca split or a 400/250 would be fine for example.
Run a staedy level of test fot the same reasons as the deca.

he arrived at this b/c all his boys and friends from highschool ran teh decca only cycle....its shocking as to how popular a decca only cycle is at your local gym, yet tthe more you talk to ppl the more you find out how little they actually know....

^^^ thats just not true with everyone guys....all of you need to understand that every one reacts differently...Ive done deca only different times...Infact my first cycle...was a deca only cycle....never had a problem....in fact I kept my wife and my girlfriend very happy!!!!!!!...still do...lol

yea everyone on this board heard about it happening to a friend of a friend and now think it will happen to everyone. personally i never ran deca only cycles before but i did do a tren , deca and test cycle with high levels of deca and tren and i never had a problem. of course everyone is different and it effects everyone differently.
