hi, im only a newbie to injecting and recently started doin it on my own, i read up about it, found out the proper safe method n all that shit, but now im fed up of injecting into my delts, they r starting to swell n get sore. tried lookin online for some advice on how to inject in my arse safley. theres plenty of info for people doing it to other people, but not to yourself? any help guys? jojotheman

It can get a little complicated. I Use the ventrogluteal area, it is more towards the hip area than glutes/buttocks.
To inject in the right vent glute area, I will insert the needle at a 90 deg angle with my right hand, then reaching behind my back with my left hand I wil grasp and stabilize the syringe. Aspirate and inject with my right hand while controlling the body of the syringe with my left hand. Easy, right.

best way to do it is split your arse cheek into 4 squares and hit the top out side square i always tence my arse annd my glute mucale is very visable when i untence it drops a little i know exacley were it is...

forget glutes i started on quads and they are still my favorite spot, but besides delts i hit tris and yes even calves

yes especially with oil based roids.

does anyone know any helpfull websites? and another question, if i inject only one side of my glutes will it get bigger than the other side?

you need to do lots more research best thing to do is just google whatever it is your needing to know then your informed about what it is your doing. then come on here and find out second opinions or specific techniques or who does what the most...

The are some good online nurse instrunctional manuals (usually in pdf format) which cover the common intramuscular injection sites, try searching google. Though they are intended for people injecting other people and not themselvs theres some usefull stuff in them.

The base for any cycle should be testosterone, so I do test the most. I inject my gluts the most cause they are easy and painless and relatively soft. I do my quads the least cause they are rock hard and therefore they are hard to inject.
