Say you were going to take 500mg of test prop per week, and you were going to take it every day that would be simple enough to break down (500/7 = 71.4mg per day) but if you were going to take it every other day here is where I get confused.
Method 1
If you take it EOD with in each two 7 day blocks, in the first week you would have 4 shots and the second 3. Does this mean that you would divide the total weekly dose by four (500mg/4 = 125mg per EDO) in the first week and three (500mg/3 = 166.7mg per EOD) in the second, then repeat for future weeks? Here is an example of method 1:

Although this seems logical to me I have not seen it described anywhere so am looking for some confirmation. Would this be the best method to keep blood levels steady of is there another method for doing this, prehaps using an equal amount for each injection.
Method 2
I thought about dividing the total weekly dosage by 3.5 (500mg/3.5 = 143mg per EOD). Although at the end of the first week 571mg would be used (higher than the 500mg desired), after 2 weeks 1000mg would be used(the desired total for 500mg a week after 2 weeks). This way you would take the exact same dose every other day, and seems the most likely alternative answer. It was actually my initial idea, but then I thought that 3.5 was not the correct number as its not like u a physically doing 3 and a half injections a week. Thats when I thought of the method I first described to you. Here is an example of method 2:
