Have I messed up my natural testosterone levels?
I finished my first and only cycle around last October. It was test 400-500mg per week and deca 300-350mg per week. I started on the lower dose and built ti up. Although it was ment to run for just 12 weeks after the first 2 weeks I was forced to stop due to severe legal problems, then a week later started to run a low level of sustanon (500mg) split over 2 weeks (it was all I had), then around a month after that ran the original 12 week cycle. I lost all of my pct when I got into legal trouble so just took vitamin b6 at 200mg per day. Total time from 1st to last test shot was between 4 and 5 months.
Anyway I had my testosterone levels cheked before, during and after my cycle. The problem is the lab managed to lose the before results, I cant remember what the during result was but I dont think its so important, the result was high caus I was on test. The after result (around 3-4 weeks after cycle) was 11. My doc said that was the lower end of normal for a male my age (21) he said high teens to low 20s was common. Its hard to know where i was at without my before result to compare it to.
Fast track to last week, (around 4 months after my cycle) I had another blood test, my testosterone level was 9.5 and the doc said its still probably around 11 but there is natural fluctuation. I want to start my second cycle soon, do you think that my test levels are to low to do so? My doc said I should get yet another blood test but early in the morning caus test levels are higher then, just before I want to cycle again.
Any advice appreciaeted thanks.

maybe things happened that were out of your control but you made a real bollox of your first cyle, get blood work done b4 cycle if needed then again after pct.
keep your next cycle simple,5 months... you seem to have left enough time b4 your next one so i think your good to go.
one word of advice is get your pct ready b4 u start the cycle.

As I said in my post I did get my blood work done before, during after and a month after my cycle. Of all of the guys I know who use steroids in Australia (have around 8 guys I know reasonibly who have used) I am the only one I know who even bothered to get blood wor, so It bothers me that you may think that i am a slack and was ill prepared.
It was unfortunate that the period I set aside to cycle became the most stressfull and difficult time of my life, but when I started the cycle I had no way of knowing that I would have my house raided, steroids and pct seized by the police and my life go to shit. After that happened I thought about putting my cycle off till another time and in hindsight maybe that would have been better option, but as I had already begun I thought it best to finish.
I was also severly depressed and I thought that getting back on my cycle would help pull me out of depression and get my life back on track (and it did). I am usually the most pendantic strict/obsessive person I know and im very dissapointed that my cycle was not completed to any where near its full potential. At the time when I did it it was my only motivation to get out of bed each day and had I not done it I dont know where id be now. I actually waited 4 years from the day I decided I wanted to cycle till the day I started it and did plenty of research in that time.
As I said in the first post I did have my pct put aside but it was taken by the police and in Australia its very very hard to come by. As far as I know only one of my friends who have cycled have used pct.
Thanks for the advice' but I hope you diddn't get the wrong impression about my dedication to bodybuilding.

Get a pct, and run it now, then get bloodwork again.
I did a 20weeker last year before cristmas, and my nuts was not fully recovered so ive done 2 pcts, and now im feeling good again, energy is better and nuts are feeling good, plus I get random booners last couple of days again, been a while haha...
anyway, get a pct and run it.

Thanks 4 the advice. Im currently waiting on a order with ar-r but they are having some difficultys so I may have to look elsewhere as they told me it ill be a while before they can send it (note they offered me a refund if I dont want to wait).
The funny thing is although it haddnt occured to me that my balls could still be small months after the cycle, I had actually noticed in the last few weeks that my balls seem to be huge in comparison and ive definetly been feeling more horney and getting those "random boners" lol. Was expecting the last test I got to show a marked improvement.

I went to a doctor who was recomended to me because he deals with quite a few guys on roids. Hes not my usual doctor, I only see him in relation to steroid use . I dont know which lab which his pratice uses so I guess my choices are stick it out or find another doctor. He doesnt really seem to know much about steroids , I was concerned when he told me that there wasnt any proof that pct was benificial for reducing sides while cycling or recovering quicker (he did however acknowledge that tamaxofen can reverse gyno). Hes not really heard of aromasin , often Im the one telling him about steroids, lol.

My doctor is exactly the same way. Most of them dont know f**k about roids or the drugs we use in PCT. My GP didnt know any AI names or how they worked and got 5AR confused with aromatase, then the endocrinologist, the fu**ing endocrinologist I went to told me letro was an anti-testosterone (which, he explained, was how it lowered estrogen). I needed his help though so I didnt fight with him on it.
I got my blood taken at both places and it came out different. Diff labs use diff scales and are sometimes just....different, for lack of better diction.

An anti-testosterone lol, best be avoiding those.
I realise that steroid use for muscle growth is not these medical professionals speciality, but not understanding the role of AI's, Serms and other such medicly used classes of drugs came as a suprise to me, especially when I particulaly sort out a doctor who seemed to have alot of expierence with steroid users.
I have found that pharmicists generally have a better undersanding or a least more of an intrest in steroid releated topics, I know two now that I chat to and discuss ideas with occasionally, both men in their late 20's to early 30s
