Certainly you can keep ALL your muscular gains made through use of anabolics,these noobs dont know how to do this,not just the teens on this board, It's about dieting and training . The guys that lose muscle after making a decision to not use drugs any more, never really knew how to train properly in the first place they blame PCT,I see it all the time here. They got results because of the drugs, not their training. This is why you hear experienced guys tell younger guys (teens) to hold off doing drugs til they perfect their diet and training.
