    Unhappy test e and deca

    ok i know i have asked about these 2 compounds before but ive gone threw like 8 difrent ugls now this one im on well.. A_ _ _s pharmacuticals
    if u know it send me some info pls.

    any way im taking test e 750mgs/ wk and deca 600mgs/ wk been taking this stuff for 4 full wks today
    i take 2 shots a wk mon and thur
    my stats are 23 195lb around 10%bf 6' lifting for about 6 years probly more

    i eat like a horse lots of protien high quality chicken breast pork beef every meal has about 40 grams protien i have fruit and veggies every day fats aswell u name it i eat it like 6 meals every day

    i figure my calorie intakes around 2500 - 3000

    i train hard every second day i follow the work out plan on this site plus i add my own i try to add atleast a few more reps if not weight every week
    train about 2-3 hours

    i sleep 7 -9 hours mostly over 7

    and i have only gain like mabey 2 lb at max
    but im taking creatine glutamine and nox aswell

    only thing i can think of is to much sex mabey if that has any ting to do with it i go probly 2-3 times a day women hates me but i am horney

    WTF is going on i have taken this same cycle every other time and i have always been horneyer while taking it but no gains no strength nothing!!????

    then it is fake with that amount u should be growing, if u eat and train heavy and should be getting stronger ..........

    Im on the same, except dball kick, so my 8lbs is from that..IMO this shit is taking a while to kick in....but this week i'm seeing it..i thought my shit was fake too, if it's not hurting you, then give it another wk IMO !

    your body may take more time for it to kick in dont give up yet just keep at it

    I can tell you this much, for me I do not feel Test E untill 7-8 weeks in. No b/s, thats just how I respond to it.

    ok now having said that what would happen if i added in some test 400??
    having the short esters should boost every thing right or would it **** my cycle seeing as how it will change my test levels?

    your not eating enough, at your weight you need at least 4000 cals to bulk and 2-3 hours of training is way too much.

    i do the pyramid start with lower weight with higher reps and go up in weight with less reps then go back to less weight with higher reps
    so i get probly 8 some times more sets per exercise

    9-12 sets per muscle group is usually sufficient. try to spend no more than 45 min to an hour tops per muscle group. if training two muscles in one day it shouldn't take longer than 1.5 hours your glycogen stores will be depleted after that. personally I start heavy while im fresh but your method works as well I used to train like that with success for years. your diet is affecting your gains more than anything though you need more cals.

    Sorry to go a little off topic but Z-Ro have you tried front loading it? Surely it would not take that long then... What sort o dose do you usually use?
