First of all, there is no need to use larger than a 23 gauge. So get rid of the 22s.

Your quads are fine with a 23g but when I inject delts or tri's, I always use a 24 or a 25g. Yes, it takes longer to push with the thicker solutions but it does not hurt.

I think I may need to start offering a class on proper injection techniques. Simply reading online is not benefitting a lot of people from what I have been reading.

Hmmm, sounds like a good business plan...lol.

    Proper placement is essential first.
Second, do not hesitate with the insertion. I read in one thread where a guy says he does a very slow push with the needle.
It should be fast, like a dart. I know it is scary at first but after the first few, its not a big deal. Quick and easy!

Lol I sympathise with you. I remember not being able to get out of the car or off the couch because of test prop shots in my glutes/quads.

I dont see why you would use a larger needle for your delts and triceps than your glutes. As mentioned by jsncs try using a 24g or 25g for the smaller muscle groups. 23g for the glutes is ok.

im doing prop/winny/tren and which are ED shots so in all 3ml...for glutes or quads i can do just 1 shot but for delts or tri's can't go over 2ml as too much pain...so when im shooting delts or tri i shot twice a day...prop/tren in 1 injection and 1 for winny

i agree on adding the pecs, though i don't like doing biceps because of all the veins you risk hitting, if you cycle it right you can hit quads twice a week just rotate which head your injecting into

If your traps are meaty enough I'd try those......I can't shoot my quads for some unknown reason.....my traps have lots of muscle and are easy for me, not for everyone but if you have meat it's worth trying 23G. 1"

for me the negative aspects of prop(pain, swelling fever)outweigh the positive,I just refuse to fukn use it!I hit cip and deca in quads and tri's with no probs using 23g x 1",long live the cip!

i dont do this myself...but you may look into hitting front rear and side delts. i will consider this if i have dailys in the future. because i am in the same boat as you, in that i just prefer glutes and delts. i had a bad experience with the quads so i dont do them. hope this helps....
