First cycle ever!!
Hello all,
I'm a 35 year old male with bf @ 34%. My height is 5 10' and a half and i'm obese. I've seriously been working out for the last two years and although my poundages have decently gone up alongwith my strength levels, my bf% has stayed the same. A little bit about my gymming routines and brief medical history.
-----------
Before anything, i truly appreciate and thank ( in advance ) each and every individual who's read my thread and tried to help me in achieving my goals)
-----------
The story dates back to 2004 when both my feet, very mysteriously, were affected with dermatitis and in three months going on to become weepy exoema that finally after seven more months turned into elephantiosis ( elephants foot ). I was completely bed-ridden for this period of about 10 months and another 4 months for recovery which makes it a total of 14 months. My ONLY activity was hobbling to the loo and back.
I packed on 70 pounds of fat.
My medication was 5500 mg of antibiotics every day for those 14 months. I had become hollow from within...Bone density went down by 40%...
Finally the ordeal was miraculously over and i stood up nearly after 1 1/2 years with 70 odd pounds of excess fat on legs 10 times weaker ( both due to dis-use and the antibiotics taking its toll))
I decided after 6 months to join a gym and try and get back to what i was before when THE SECOND BLOW fell. I tore my elbow ligament / tendon and the tear being a second degree one, was advised COMPLETE REST for the arm. Jeez.... and the pain was excruciatingly sharp and intense....I bore with it for another year....
Finally, after total rest combined with every possible treatment under the sun for tendinitis, i DARED to hit the gym again much AGAINST the wishes and advise of family / friends / doctors and practically everyone i knew....In fact, i still remember my dad telling me that i was heading for disaster....No moral support, no nothing....Just me alone with my guts and faith in the ALMIGHTY...
I started with 2.5 pounds ( incidentally these were the lowest poundage weights available in my gym ) with women laughing their butts off seeing a fat bloke struggling with such HEAVY poundage) I didn't care. I slowly...very very slowly...but surely started getting my strength back and today after 2 long years, havn't looked back. My statistics posted under may not be much, but my dear friends, for me...personally...it has been an achievement...GOD'S ABSOLUTE GRACE...
-----------
Current gym routines:
Am' on a three day split routine pushing chest / shoulders / triceps on day 1, recovering the next couple of days, pushing legs on day 4, recovering the next couple of days again and finally back / biceps on day 6 or 7 depending on earlier workout soreness...
My poundages are in the range of 10 - 12 reps mostly leading to concentric failure. I push myself to my limits.
Current poundages:
Decline bench - 175 pounds - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps
Incline bench - 140 pounds - 2 sets of 10 reps
Machine Flys - 170 pounds - 2 sets of 12 reps
Lat pulls - 150 pounds - 3 sets of 12 reps
Seated machine rows - 120 pounds - 3 sets of 12 reps
Standing dumbell bicep curls - 35 pounders - 2 sets of 10 reps
Machine Tricep pushdown ( seated ) - 175 pounds - 2 sets of 12 reps
Leg presses - 340 pounds - 3 sets of 15 reps
Leg extensions - 120 pounds - 2 sets of 15 reps
Leg curls - 100 pounds - 2 sets of 13 reps
No squats or lunges as my knees hurt terribly when ever i do them and i've tried doing them quite a bit...the last of which was when the gym physio intervened and has stopped me from doing them.
The above isn't in exact order and i've randomly off the top of my head jotted them down just to show you people what my poundages look like after 2 years. All this WITHOUT JUICE. Started at 2.5 pounds with machine bench presses)
My protein intake is decent....around 210 grams daily. Eat clean. Workouts diligent and sincere.
I've come to the point where..
a) I'm not losing body fat at all.
b) My poundages have more or less plateaued.
c) Strength gains have reached their max, more or less.
and, d) I'm pushing myself to my humanly possible limits.
-----------
I started researching on the net on steroids and luckily, i must say, have stumbled across this glorious, highly informative site and joined 10 days back not having posted anything other than reading, reading and reading....learning and learning....
I'm planning to run 250 mg of test e EW for say 12 weeks followed by a nolva pct - pct being 40/30/20/20 respectively. I want to incorporate clenbuterol in my cycle for obvious reasons. I think i'll start taking clen alongwith nolva, starting the 14th day of my last test e inject. I'll go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off on the clen starting 20mcg and pyramiding to 120 and tapering. I'll do clen twice and that will mean my continuing it after my pct stops, for a couple of more weeks.
Suggestions? Tweaks in the cycle? Additions of other roids? Waiting for all your inputs dear people and open to every bit of info. One last thing. No one here and i mean NO ONE...has stood by me and supported my wanting to get back to my old self and the going has been a little tough, i must say...I ask for all the help and advise i can get from all you experiencos and i will consider every sincere advise as a blessing)
God bless you all.

You tell us everything about youu but your weight. I would personally do 500mg for your first cycle. Why not benifit from the full effects of test and take advantage of your first cycle. life is short

If you are at 35% BF and can not loose weight then diet is your problem. Post it up in the diet forum to get some critique.
Do you do any cardio?

Well done on getting to where you have so far. I agree that you need to get your body fat down further before using anaboic steroids . Test E would not be the best choice anyway, test prop supposedly is more suited for dieting purposes due to blood levels being more stable while on it.
Perhaps you would be a candidate for a prescription dietary aid, have you inquired with your doctor/physio about this? Otherwise maybe a clen only cycle is an option but I would think that you could still afford to lower your bodyfat more naturally first. Clen is best used as a finishing tool I believe rather than an all out shortcut. Im not an expert on clen so best wait to see what some of the more experienced users think.
As mentioned by other users post you weight and give as a description of our usual diet. Whatever path you take good luck.

i don't know if juicing at this point is a good thing.I think if you're gonna take anything at this point you may consider clen only,or with cytomel .drop some more fat weight, see how you feel, then consider all options.Consider this,I went from 40+ bf to currently low teens,I didn't juice til bf was in 20's,and i only did so,so I wouldn't have loose skin, and i don't.I think steroids are a great tool, but not a cure-all.Whatever you decide to do,I wish you best of luck and hope you are successful in your goals....inky

My daily diet :
-------------
Wake up time - erratic depending on work schedule....but usually manage to get 8 hrs of sleep.
Breakfast - Usually a sandwich with negligible cheese, tomatoes / baked potatoes and cucumbers, followed by a nutrilite multivitamin / multimineral tablet, 2 calmag tablets ( 2000mg ) and 2 bio-c tablets ( 1000mg of vitamin c ) and 3 tablets of liv52.
Half hour later - 1st protein drink of the day - ON Whey 2 scoops - 48gms of protein ( with water - always ).
Go for my workouts after an hour or hour and a half. Workouts intense, max out. Dextrose - immediately after workout ( 4 small scoops - the kind of medicinal scoops that come with a glucose powder jar ), followed by 2 scoops of whey protein 10 - 15 mins later ( 48 gms )
Come home to have lunch : A measured cup of rice with vegetables / greens ( carbs mostly - all of it measured )
About 3 hours later - Something light as i start feeling hungry by then...an egg sandwich with 2 eggs or assorted dried nuts like cashews / pistachios / raisins etc, followed by 2 scoops of whey protein ( 48 gms ) and 2 tablets of bio c ( 1000gms of vitamin c )
Dinner a couple of hours or maybe 3 hours later - Very very light for the night just not to feel hungry in sleep - comprises mostly of dishes prepared from wheat with minimal or no oil and vegetables, followed by 2 scoops of whey protein ( 48 gms ).
I drink at least 2 1/2 litres of water every day.
Thats it. The above covers my diet for maybe 28 days in a month. I'm a vegetarian and don't have meat or meat products. Eggs are fine with me though.
On a side note :
---------------
Please understand dear friends that i'm a 35 year old man with a wife and 3 kids, my eldest one being 11 years old. I'm a responsible house holder, the only bread winner in the family and know what i'm doing. When i decided to do steroids , it wasn't an impulsive decision of an 18 or 20 something year old who wanted to get big....zappy to roam the beaches ripped or get the girls.
I made an informed, researched decision ( my researches spanning 6 months atleast ) to better my health. I get tired at times lugging this fat around. I totally understand you guys trying to suggest every other means before actually suggesting / advising juice cycles and i totally admire you all for it. But do understand my needs coupled with the efforts i've put in. I really have tried. In fact, i live healthy, don't drink, am' a non-smoker and have never ever done drugs in my life. I'd myself be the last person who'd want to inject chemicals into his body without the most valid reasons.
Buck up fellas. Give the old lad a hand)

drop the bread, definately drop the dextrose and your consuming way to much whey. dont like meat, then use egg whites and even casseinate protein or something besides a lb of whey everyday. go into the diet section and look at the cutting diets. your progress so far has been amazing. from barely being able to walk to lifting what your lifting now is huge progress. either do low intensity cardio first thing in the morn b4 you eat or do it after your workout. another cardio option is to do it b4 your last meal approx 3 or more hr after a meal. i like to do my cardio on an empty stomach or pwo.
