Hello all,
I'm a 35 year old male with bf @ 34%. My height is 5 10' and a half and i'm obese. I've seriously been working out for the last two years and although my poundages have decently gone up alongwith my strength levels, my bf% has stayed the same. A little bit about my gymming routines and brief medical history.
-----------
Before anything, i truly appreciate and thank ( in advance ) each and every individual who's read my thread and tried to help me in achieving my goals)
-----------
The story dates back to 2004 when both my feet, very mysteriously, were affected with dermatitis and in three months going on to become weepy exoema that finally after seven more months turned into elephantiosis ( elephants foot ). I was completely bed-ridden for this period of about 10 months and another 4 months for recovery which makes it a total of 14 months. My ONLY activity was hobbling to the loo and back.
I packed on 70 pounds of fat.
My medication was 5500 mg of antibiotics every day for those 14 months. I had become hollow from within...Bone density went down by 40%...
Finally the ordeal was miraculously over and i stood up nearly after 1 1/2 years with 70 odd pounds of excess fat on legs 10 times weaker ( both due to dis-use and the antibiotics taking its toll))
I decided after 6 months to join a gym and try and get back to what i was before when THE SECOND BLOW fell. I tore my elbow ligament / tendon and the tear being a second degree one, was advised COMPLETE REST for the arm. Jeez.... and the pain was excruciatingly sharp and intense....I bore with it for another year....
Finally, after total rest combined with every possible treatment under the sun for tendinitis, i DARED to hit the gym again much AGAINST the wishes and advise of family / friends / doctors and practically everyone i knew....In fact, i still remember my dad telling me that i was heading for disaster....No moral support, no nothing....Just me alone with my guts and faith in the ALMIGHTY...
I started with 2.5 pounds ( incidentally these were the lowest poundage weights available in my gym ) with women laughing their butts off seeing a fat bloke struggling with such HEAVY poundage) I didn't care. I slowly...very very slowly...but surely started getting my strength back and today after 2 long years, havn't looked back. My statistics posted under may not be much, but my dear friends, for me...personally...it has been an achievement...GOD'S ABSOLUTE GRACE...

Current gym routines:
Am' on a three day split routine pushing chest / shoulders / triceps on day 1, recovering the next couple of days, pushing legs on day 4, recovering the next couple of days again and finally back / biceps on day 6 or 7 depending on earlier workout soreness...
My poundages are in the range of 10 - 12 reps mostly leading to concentric failure. I push myself to my limits.
Current poundages:
Decline bench - 175 pounds - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps
Incline bench - 140 pounds - 2 sets of 10 reps
Machine Flys - 170 pounds - 2 sets of 12 reps
Lat pulls - 150 pounds - 3 sets of 12 reps
Seated machine rows - 120 pounds - 3 sets of 12 reps
Standing dumbell bicep curls - 35 pounders - 2 sets of 10 reps
Machine Tricep pushdown ( seated ) - 175 pounds - 2 sets of 12 reps
Leg presses - 340 pounds - 3 sets of 15 reps
Leg extensions - 120 pounds - 2 sets of 15 reps
Leg curls - 100 pounds - 2 sets of 13 reps
No squats or lunges as my knees hurt terribly when ever i do them and i've tried doing them quite a bit...the last of which was when the gym physio intervened and has stopped me from doing them.
The above isn't in exact order and i've randomly off the top of my head jotted them down just to show you people what my poundages look like after 2 years. All this WITHOUT JUICE. Started at 2.5 pounds with machine bench presses)
My protein intake is decent....around 210 grams daily. Eat clean. Workouts diligent and sincere.
I've come to the point where..
a) I'm not losing body fat at all.
b) My poundages have more or less plateaued.
c) Strength gains have reached their max, more or less.
and, d) I'm pushing myself to my humanly possible limits.

I started researching on the net on steroids and luckily, i must say, have stumbled across this glorious, highly informative site and joined 10 days back not having posted anything other than reading, reading and reading....learning and learning....
I'm planning to run 250 mg of test e EW for say 12 weeks followed by a nolva pct - pct being 40/30/20/20 respectively. I want to incorporate clenbuterol in my cycle for obvious reasons. I think i'll start taking clen alongwith nolva, starting the 14th day of my last test e inject. I'll go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off on the clen starting 20mcg and pyramiding to 120 and tapering. I'll do clen twice and that will mean my continuing it after my pct stops, for a couple of more weeks.
Suggestions? Tweaks in the cycle? Additions of other roids? Waiting for all your inputs dear people and open to every bit of info. One last thing. No one here and i mean NO ONE...has stood by me and supported my wanting to get back to my old self and the going has been a little tough, i must say...I ask for all the help and advise i can get from all you experiencos and i will consider every sincere advise as a blessing)
God bless you all.
