when to use anti estrogen

i starting a cycle with test c , d-bol and deca and i have nolvadex as my anti estrogen . when should i start using the nolvadex in my cycle.
the cycle will go as follows
test c 500 mg per week but do i do half twice a week ?
d-bol 25 mg per day
deca 300 mg per week
nolvadex ????????

I think you may get mixed responses but most people will probably say wait around 3 weeks for the test and deca to clear your system before starting the nolva. That is what is outlined by Pheedno.

I would follow Anthony Robert's advice and begin taking it around a week after your last shot or a day after your last pill if the pills run longer than the oils.

Do not take the Nolvadex while you are on a cycle with 19-nors, it increases your chance of prolactin induced gyno.. It is fine to run it for pct.

if your gyno prone then you might want to get some bromo for the deca and armidex for the test and d-bol

i have allready done a cycle with deca and d-bol and was fine without side affects. so it helps to know not to do nolva during cycle. i did read to do it after a certain time at the end of the cycle but wanted to make sure and get it right so nothing out of the odernary happens and what to expect.

Thats really up to you. I wouldnt any less than 200mg per week, or any more than 400mg per week though if this is your second cycle. Whatever dose you chose its best to stop taking the deca at least 2 weeks before you stop taking the test. This is thought to aid in hormonal recovery after the cycle because the deca is more suppressive than the testosterone. I would not recommend running the deca for any less than 10 weeks unless you are going to front load it and even then no less than around 6-8 weeks. It takes a little time before you start to see the results from deca so it needs to be run for a while. I know that yyou said that you had no problems on your first cycle but It's advisable to have an AI on hand just in case or progesterone related issues.
