Ok, im 6'2", 180lbs and about 8%bf. Im 26 and have been working out for a while. Typically weights 5-6 days a week and at least 30min cardio 5-6days a week. I have never really had good gains and interested in adding 10-15lb muscle without swelling. Ive been looking into a few ideas for a first cycle. Wanted to know what the experienced would recomend for me. Main goal is to add lean mass without excessive weightgain. Thanks. Zach
