    Exclamation beginner

    i have started training and am looking to start taking steroids can anyone tell me what i should be taking and how much and when

    if you just started training you really dont need steriods . Start to let your self grow first

    I hope this isn't BONE.CRUSHER, lol. If you have just started training then using steroids would be absurd. You shouldn't even think about using steroids until you have been training at veyy least 3 years naturally. You still have an awful lot to learn, this site contains lots of useful information about diet and training so have a browse.

    dude no jokes read arnold's BB encyclopedia and work out for like 5-6 years then buy anabolics 2014 and read up on the subject for a few months then start a cycle

    Woaa man you have gotten it all wrong coming here and and asking such a question...not to flame ya or anything but wooaa with that question it kinda shows that you dont have the motivation to look up the information which this site has plenty of that, with that in mind how do you expect anyone to give you the answer your looking for...Bro look around you'll find info and read the forum rules they help out a lot as well...but all in all hope ya have fun
