1 inch is probably fine as long as your bf isnt out of hand
is it even possible to go to deep?
depending on your delt size, it is possible to go too deep with a 1.5" pin. Just go about an inch and you should be fine.Quote:

Trying to keep the pin steady at zactly 1" is kinna hard to do with one hand. At least so I have heard :)
Done a couple of delt shots with 1.5" pins, it is hard to keep it at one depth. I now have 1" pins and 5/8" pins.

I've always use 1.5" in my delts. I go in about 1.25". Leave a little bit out incase the needle breaks, you can pull it out.
