    Newb Cycle

    My goal with this cycle is to pack on a lot of size, and increase my strength.
    I have reached my natural growth for a while now, i look just like everybody else in my family and havent grown a inch for god knows how long, but i will most likely get a test done to make sure my growth plates are closed before i do anything. Diet is intact but trying to make it best as possible, been training for 3 years solid now.

    Age: 20
    Height: 5'11
    weight: 158 lbs

    500mg of Test E for 12 weeks

    followed by nolva, clomid and arimedex.

    oh and by the way this cycles for the upcoming year.

    should i throw in dbol for the first 4 weeks at 40mg ed?

    at 20 years old and 158 lbs you probably still have a lot of filling out to do. EAT MORE

    mv540 , I know you eat 6 meals a day but what do the look like? Break it down.

    have you tried all the regular supps like creatine and NO2? im sure your tired of hearing about being too young, but i doubt many people on here would encourage you to start until at least another couple years.

    ya, im currently on muscle juice and cell mass, have tried others also, i wouldnt be running this cycle until im 21 years of age though

    not going to preach cause I know too many people that did cycles and went from a runt to buff. Doses look ok

    breakfast: 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites with oatmeal

    2 hours later: Lean Ground beef with green veggies

    Training

    PWO with banana

    2 hours later: 2 chicken breast with half a cup of brown rice

    Protien Shake

    Can of tuna with yams

    i like the dbol to kickstart- i like the whole cycle
    at your height and weight you need to get your diet/workout fixed up a little before you cycle

    thanks for the advice ya i was just seeing what the cycle would look like, i wont be doing it anytime soon, im going to wait until i have my diet perfect or best as possible.

    1) i would bet money you are ectomorphic and need much more than 3000 cal per day to gain, try 3800-4000 per day and i bet you will start to gain again

    2) how much pro/carb/fat do you eat per day, write it all down and post in diet forum, i know you already posted in there but what you posted doesn't mean anything to us, you didn't write out macros, we need those

    3) when i was twelve i had a beard, chest hair and back hair, that doesn't mean anything, btw, i'm 19 inbetween 5'7 and 5'8 and 190lbs at around 10% bf and i'm still growing, i bet you can too unless you just have really low testosterone cause the people in my family are all way smaller than me
