After 3 months of 500mg Test Cyp pw
I'm up 20 pds *yay, sorta*

and I'm now I'm looking to run the good 'ol Nolva.
The only stupid question that comes up is how much to run.
I only forget because it's been so long since I've run PCT.

I have 40mg capsuls.
I remember needing to run high dosage for a week (or two?) and then half the dosage for the following week (or two?).

Stupid question, but I forget - what can I say!
I took 2 today.. just in case.

you needed to wait 2 weeks after your last cyp shot then as youve got 40mg run 40mg ed for 3 weeks.

I thought it was a week we had to wait.

you may find just as good of results with 25 mg ed. see what works for you. i wouldn't do less than that though.

Nice. I see I should have waited longer for my PCT.
No real harm done though.

I have Arimidex and Nolva. (I guess there's no point in taking more than 40mg of Nolva - correct?) Also, I shouldn't bother with a-dex at all?

you can just stop now and wait for the right time
40mg nolva TOPS
you can take arimidex but youll need about 1mg a day to be worth it. use what arimidex you have, better than nothing

So, I will take 20mg and 30mg with my 40mg capsuls. Sounds like a great idea!

Also I will hold off for another 1.5 weeks then. and then run 40mg Nolva for 3 weeks, and you said I SHOULD run my arimidex with it?
Or should I run that now.
