im plannin my 2nd cycle which ill probly be starting around dec/jan time. now i messed up on my first cycle, from advice of my friend i was taking winny eod and tren ace 2 x week, luckily through this site i was informed my cycle was wrong so im now startin my pct and since i had only been on the tren for 2 weeks i thought it was better to stop.

now as you can imagine after my balls up 1st time round im gonna do thorough research before i start my next cycle (hence me asking 4 months in advance)

im 26yrs old, 6ft 4ins approx 19stone, not sure bf %, good clean diet and i have been training on and off for 4/5yrs, been training solid for the last 3/4months.

my question is what should i take on my next cycle...im looking to put on some muscle but with a cutting cycle towards the end for example:
weeks 1-6 some sort of test and adding winny for the last 4weeks or so. im not saying thats what im gonna do because thats why i want ur help with, but something along those lines

seeing that this will be your first real cycle just go with test e 500mgs/week for 12 weeks. you could throw winny in there if you want to. if you decide to then run it weeks 6-12 @ 50mgs/day.

bro everybody seems to suggest a 12 week cycle is that supposed to be better as i was thinking a 8/10week cycle...would'nt the chance of sides be greater if i ran it for 12 weeks?
also how many injections would 500mgs of test a week be? someone can get me testex is this different to test e? and ive been told winny should be injected daily would 1ml a day be better?

im going to run out of injection sites lol

as for pct ive been told, nolvadex, hcg and proviron should do the trick

The injects would be twice a week...250mgs Monday and 250mgs Thursday...TESTEX is cypionate...that would be ok too...yes bro winny is to be administered ED...the half life is 9-10 hours som many serious BBers do it twice a day...but that can get old real fast.

Time between cycles....is time one cycle plus pct equals time off. ex. 12wks on + 4wk pct= 16wks off before next cycle.

cokecoon, typically your off time is a little longer than on time. Its just a basic rule to follow. As far as duration of the cycle, 12 weeks isn't that long on 500mgs. a week, the sides are generally minimal for most. People have different styles, usually a 8 week cycle would be more intense, like 750-1,000mgs, then off 8 weeks. The testex should be twice a week, and if your not comfortable with shots yet you can drink the winny at 1.5ml a day for 6-12. I feel that drinking it is a little harder on the liver but winny shots usually hurt. I've never drank it but alot of people do.

im usually fine wen i inject winny in my glute but it really hurts in my thighs...ive also done it in my delt which was a bit sore aswell...would it be ok to inject more than twice a week in each glute?

i dont like the sound of drinking winny..it just does'nt seem right but i have hear o few people say its possible.

also if test/winny are administered as a site injection would it have a greater effect on that particular site?

Site specific injections do not increase that areas ability to grow than any other area.

You need to read and research some before starting your next cycle. You need to rotate sites no matter what. Most sites are soar because you are putting a foreign substance in your body and you are placing a needle in virgin muscle, and thats causing the pain. The more times you inject in that area, the better your muscles adjust to it.

yes thts rite im not planning on doing a cycle for atleast 3 months....im just gathering info and educating myself between now and then....so what your saying is in theory the more i inject the less painful it should be?

it takes test e 4-6 weeks to peak so anything after that is the real meat of the cycle.
if you inject frequently enough and control your estrogen you shouldnt get sides.
1ml? dude you gotta tell us how much is in 1 ml (#g/ml)
if you had 2mg/ml winny you would need 25ml
if you had 150mg/ml winny you would need ~0.4ml

so you have a few choices

1-12 test c/e 2x a week
8-14 winny ed
15-pct

1-12 test c/e 2x a week
1-6 winny ed
15-pct

the test takes 4-6 weeks to peak
so you can get winny gains first half, test gains second half
or you can wait it out, and get serious test/winny gains all second half

When you have read enough, to know exactly what your doing.

I researched for 3 years, and I only just started my cycle 8 weeks ago on Test E, and Anadrol.

Now thats a good cycle!! Ive just run out of Anadrol, feel lost without it lol...was doing 100mg per day.

Read this forum daily, you will learn something new every day.

Diet really is most important, then training, then the juice.
