    Question 2nd Cycle. Help needed!

    Hi, im 20 years old, 65KG, low body fat. Been training around 3 and a half years and now looking to do my second cycle. My first cycle was 8 weeks of sus250 and yellow top deca .

    i did 250mg of sus and 100mg of deca every 4 days. with no PCT. I went from 63kg to 71kg with slight water retention, but managed to keep most of my gains for about 4 months but deadlines at work made my training slack and began to lose it slowly.

    Now thinking of doin my second cycle but want to know what to you think of my cycle. I am thinking of doing same cycle as before but using oxybolone orals at 50mg a day to kickstart my cycle.

    There is also alot on PCT but i am confused as the local needle exchange were sayin that you dont need them and your body will naturally recover.

    Is sustanon the best test to get or is test ethanate any better.
    Also a friend has done a cycle with trenabol and shot up really quick and hasnt done any PCT but still managing to keep his gains. Is this a good substance.

    Any advice would be very helpful.

    bro the best advice i can give you is research bro. imo you are not ready to cycle. stick around a while and do some reading then put together a cycle and let us help you with it. and make sure that you plan out a pct.

    Agree with Nate....Please do some research on this site. Don't follow the leads of your friends. Just because they don't see bad effects now doesn't mean that long term effects want show until later.

    Take your time and do it right. Also, you are young and still have lots of natty test and should use it before hitting gear.

    Ive been reading nearly a year + people tell you different things but most of them havnt read up on n e thing, this is why i have come on here.

    Theres so much information that contradicts each other its hard to workout what to do and what would be best.

    Could you give me a sample cycle and PCT. i am looking to build size and strength with little bloat or water retention. i go to the gym 6 days a week and i also do intense kickboxing training 3x a week.

    I eat very healthy with 4-5 well balanced meals a day and try not to eat any junk food.

    My ideal figure would be like jean clause van damme's in kickboxer. Built but very ripped.

    I am not flaming you when I tell you this, but you will have to come up with a cycle yourself to let us critique. It's part of the process of learning. Look in the cycle forum and see if your like something and posted and we will critique it. Also, look up a diet in the diet forum and see which will fit your goals. We can also critique that.

    There are lots of things that go along with doing gear and patience and dedication is part of that. Diet is 80% of the cycle, so junk food is out comepletely.

    We will help you, but not hold your hand.

    sustanon sucks, and even if you do use it you need to shoot it daily, or eod, not 2x a week
    Anadrol and deca can cause serious sides you need to do research before mixing them if you do
    gyno/sides
    estrogen/progesterone and gyno/side effects INFO FOR NEW GUYS

    Enanthate is 100x better than sust.
    but you don't need to cycle right now you need to learn how to eat. at 143 unless you are about 5'0" you are emaciated
