so i just got done with my fina and test cyp cycle.......im currently doing my pct......when i started i was 250-255 w/ 20-22% bf at 6'1''......i am now down to 235-240 at about 15%bf....and thats what the thing at the gym said...so it could be less or it could be more...but im gonna be focusing on cardio and maintaing what ive gained over these next several months and pack on what i can natty once the bf is down....but the main focus for these first few mnths will be cardio.....im not gonna get on again untill im down to about 10%bf or less and my natty gains stop or drastically slow down and then i want to do a lean bulk....any suggestions on compounds and for how long.....i want to start planning now.....so i dont have any problems like i did this past time......heres what i was thinking of doing.....let me know if you think other wise.....or any other suggestions
sust 250 500mgs week 1-8(10)
equipoise 400mgs week 1-12(14)
fina 75-100mgs(eod/ed) week 7-12(14)
test prop 100mgs(eod) week 7-12(14)
winstrol 50mgs (ed) last 4 weeks
i think ive got the right idea.....i mean thats not including pct obviously..but just let me know what you guys think.....i mean i dont even know if im gonna do it or not.....i wanna see what im looking like when the time comes for me to make my decision cause i already told myself i was done after this past cycle but my mind could change again who knows.....but i do know im gonna do what i can natty for now i just want to prepare well ahead if the time comes....thanx guys
