test e for 2nd cycle ( ideas please)

I have come up with a second cycle

week
1-7 500mg test e ( twice a week )
1-11 50mg proviron
8-11 30mg nolvadex

Want to keep it simple and would prefer to use test e as i dont fancy shooting prop daily.
my stats are
5 10, 183lbs, very good diet around 200 g protien daily, about 12 % bf,
Need to learn more on pct so any advise would be great and would like to get the best cycle for me.

first was doing just primo 400mg/week for 10 weeks which i had great results, would just like some help really into a good cycle including test as it is clearly the best choice for newbies! my goal is to cut but also bulk a bit too

any ideas would be helpful

Do a test cycle 500mgs p/week shoot twice a week every 3.5 days for 12 weeks. You will bulk up and lean out well with a good diet.

thanks for that, could u give me any advise on pct please and also the need of ai's, do i take them during cycle to be safe or do i use them if needed??

Pct test e: 2 weeks after last shot 40mg nolva ed for 3 weeks.
Dont take ai's during cycle only if or when needed.

7 weeks of Test? Dude you need to run it about 12 weeks.

the reason for running it for a short period of time was as i've never used test and was going to have a shorter cycle, but will see how it goes by 7 weeks and if all is good then i'll push out to 12

The problem with that is you will not start seeing results until week 3 or 4 with test. Trust me you will want to go to 12 weeks just make sure you have your gear in hand

test e takes 4-6 weeks to peak
then 2 weeks to clear

your test time is too short
your pct start time is too soon

right ok then i'll make sure i run test for 12 weeks and start my pct 2 weeks after my last shot?? thanks everyone you've been a great help, i'll get there soon i hope lol?

was thinking 40 mg nolva ed and hcg , would u be able to give me a rough idea on it as its a fairly low dose of test? thanks one8nine
