On an oral cycle of 50mgs ed, would you take all five 10mg tabs at once ed?
Or space them out evenly through out the day?

some people argue over this issue, but the orals i have taken, i have used 3x a day and all in 1 dose. I got good results from both so its just what you like

just depends on the individual and how prone they are to estrogen related sides, which oral is another thing to consider due to eat having a slightly different half-life

My only experience with orals was anavar and I couldnt really tell that it helped me much if at all. I was using it to jumpstart my test cycle but I didnt really notice much till the test kicked in. Not much of a jumpstart, waste of money IMO and it aint cheap, but I know others have had luck with it. Everybody is different I suppose.

At 220lbs. I would go with 60-80mg or anavar, but then again this is your 1st cycle. I would hold off on anavar and look into a Test E cycle.

Shoot the prop ed at 50-75mgs/day for 10-12 weeks. If you're gonna run the var, I'd do it the last 5-6 weeks of the cycle.

it can be done either, though ed will more than likely result in less sides due to more stable blood serum levels, especially if you are gyno prone
