    19 y/o with questions

    Sustanon 250 - Ran for 12 weeks with a 250 mg injection every 4 days
    DBol - 20 mg eod - ran for 2 weeks
    Clomid - 50 Mg ED 1 1/2 weeks

    I did the cycle going into my senior year at 17. Ignorant? Yes. Irresponsible? Very. If your about to reply to this thread telling me how bad of a choice this was, dont bother, i need help not criticism. When it came time for my second cycle i then found enough responsibility to deny it...little late though.. (unfortunately the other dude i did it with is already of his 5th cycle and im quite curious how he turns out). I finished the cycle right before senior year started. Yes I ended up making the all state team and Yes I could pull just about any girl in my high school and yes now its 100% irrelvant. I have been doing research on this web site before i even did my cycle, but due to my insecurity about my weight, i did it anyays. I was always a speedy athlete but i couldnt gain weight if my life depended on it. At the time I weighed 140 at 5"10.I have been working out since middle school tried all kinds of bs at gnc, all kinds of whey protein and weight gaining diets, nothing worked. After the cycle I was 5"10 160 and a complete MACHINE on the field and on the bed. Now im at 147 and feel quite sorry for myself. I did meet up with an endocronologist and got my blood work done. My growth plates are obviously closed and my natural test levels are a bit under par. Now that ive already crossed to the dark side, another cycle is very likely, but then agian i just want to play the smarter cards. Any suggestions and advice would be highly apprectiated.     dream. i am 21, so i can related to the age. you ran gear early. guess what? it happens, no big deal, the important thing is that you understand the gear is only FUEL to make the hard work and FOOD morph your body.. before i started lifting i was a very skinny soccer player my whole life. and fastest in my school. but i got into bodybuilding junior year and got serious starting senior year. i was about 135 before i started lifting hard. i currently weigh 218 at 5'7'. i wanna help ya out. give me a run down of how your diet looked and looks. you need to be consuming atleast 3500-4000 calories a day. fast metabolism? trust me, IVE GOT ONE TOO. but many people would kill for it so you gotta stuff your face. how many meals a day. and what would you eat.

    yo need some help with your cycle layout as well. sustanon i would recommend shooting 3 times a week. why? because there are very SHORT esters in most test blends (sus). these wont remain to constant in the blood if your only shooting every 4 days. and 20mg eod is honestly very low. at LEAST that dose ED. id recommend 30mg ed. but thats great that you arent just throwin down huge doses like some kids would do thinkin thats the best way. shows some maturity. but dont worry about gear yet lets talk workout. and diet. start with diet. let us hear it

    ^^ Agreed. It happens bro. I respect the fact that you want to do some research before jumping back into it. Get that diet down first, that will help out the most in the long run. You wouldn't believe the amount of people who take countless compounds and wont grow because of a poor diet.

    Perhaps Test E 500mgs ew, 250mgs x2. I used 40mgs of dbol ed and blew up in weight. However its water weight and you'll lose it. This current cycle i did tbol and loved it. You gain size and strength and you keep it! I would recommend 60mgs of tbol ed for the first 7-8 wks. Its the cycle i did and it worked pretty damn good. I was doing more of a lean bulk/strength cycle tho so i kept my calories around 3500ish. If you wanna bulk up its too easy, up your calories to 4000.

    Well you said you pulled alot of girls and that you were good in bed. Imagine 500mgs of test in your body. 19yrs + 500mgs of test. Get read for the ride!

    when i was on my first cycle i basicly consumed about 6 meals a day including chicken breast, tuna, or beef. i also included potatoes or pasta on about 4 of the 6 meals. yes i ate fruit and vegetables but not very much. my diet also included 2 whey protein shakes a day. like i said earlier, i was 17 and completely clueless. next time around im going to do it perfect. right now im thinking test-e for 12 weeks with 50g of t-bol for the first 7 and maybe some winny at the end but i think that might be a bit much.

    and stallion, i lost count midway through my lacrosse season. BUT i must say, there was this one chick that wouldnt let me hit it even after i dated her...caught my dumbass cheating...virgins and their purity...hah

    Yeah brother. At 5'10'' and 147 you have alot of natural growing to do. You made a mistake, so what! I would work on that diet and try to gain through natural means first because you don't want to go back and forth. You seem to have good food selections, now its about arranging it so your able to grow.

    I'm still learning the anabolics part of the game, but I gaurantee that soon I will be a guru, LOL
    but one thing I can do is help out with a diet. Post where you're at right now in the diet forum and we'll rip it apart and put it back together for ya. Good luck bro

    Definately start with the diet. A good diet is like a foundation under a house. You can't build a good house on a crappy foundation.

    I am 5"10 as well and got up to 203 lbs naturally at age 23. You can do it naturally for sure. If I can do it, you can for sure.. I was around 10-12% bf at the time.

    5' 10" and 147 lb's. IMHO steroids are not gonna help you gain weight or bulk until your diet is up to par.Whats the use of juicing and gaining 10-15 lbs only to lose it afterward in pct or later. Food brother and lots of it, plenty of rest too. Sorry its not what you're looking for but its what I got. At least I didn't flame you about juicing so very young. lol
