I have been working out now for 4 years and have done a deca cycle in the past. Im looking for a good cycle for strength. If anyone has any ideas i want to hear from you.

im 5'8" 185 pounds 13% bf

its was around 18 months ago n it was only 5 weeks, i cant remember what kinda anti e just somthing i picked up at edge. and 100mg

Poor cycle and low dosage. I dont know what edge is. Ive asked twice youve not answered was it a deca only cycle?

Ok. I suggest test 500mgs p/week. You'll get great strength gains with this and nice lean muscle with a good diet ,training regime and pct.
What do you know about pct?

Nope you shouldnt stack on your first cycle ( Your last cycle cannot be considered a cycle). Yes 500mgs for 12 weeks. Your pct should be nolva 40mgs ed for 3 weeks 2 weeks after last shot if you use test e or test cyp. What test are you thinking of using? Also do some research on pct.

40mg is no better than 20mg for boosting test levels in studies

if you were gonna do nolva only 20mg would be sufficent
but, I don't like nolva only, I think there is some benefit to adding an AI especially aromasin because nolva kinda masks the extra estrogen but it's still there. You get a lot of zits and stuff durring pct with nolva only and estro rebound after pct.

I like 20mg nolva ed/10-25mg aromasin ed for like 4 weeks
some people include hcg and that works well for them, but I don't

It's gonna burn your ass badly, and from what I understand it came from mexico and is not available anymore. Not that the same ingredients can't be made by a UGL.
