eat about 4 times a day, chicken breasts and salad protein shake when i get up and after i work out
lifting for about 6 years, high school and played some college baseball
lift every other day chest/arms one day, cardio next, back shoulders next, then cardio and repeat....not worried about legs i have enough size and def. in them
took sus250 at age 19 for 10 weeks waited a month then took winny
now just finished a
sus250/deca stack and in 2 weeks ill be starting clomid
just wanna cut up what i have and get some good definition
i have var, clen, eq, and tren on hand,...what should i add and how should i take it with any combination of these

u would like clen, and prop.... and a good diet w/ plenty of cardio... that will cut u down alot!
test prop and clen?...im guessing the test will help to minimize muscle loss?
