Test cycle with Nolvadex for BTs and HCG

Hi guys. Complete noob here interested in doing first cycle. I have researched into my options and I have came up with the following schedule.

All my pre-requisites are good. I work out, I am over age, and I got time.

I am wondering if someone more experienced wouldn't mind letting me know if it's good / could be improved:

I mould not take the nolva during cycle unless you think you are getting gyno. You also need more than just nolva for pct.

weeks 1-12 test e 500 mg per week
weeks 15-16 nolvadex 40 mg ed
weeks 17-18 nolvadex 20 mg ed
weeks 15-17 hcg 250-500 iu

I try, I try. I am not sure what type of stats you are looking for. I am 22 years old. About 170cm high. 156 in weight. Being working out intensively for the last 4 month, and on-off for the last 2 years.

nolva is used for pct only since it reduces gains, only use nolva if u see gyno signs

Thanks a lot for the reply. I gather that Nolva shouldn't be taken during cycle is the message. I will update my schedule accordingly.

only use it if u see gyno signs, if u do take 20 mg until the prob is controled then stop the use, but for sure use it in pct as i stated

remember test enth must be split in two shots per week, like mon and thurs
if u dont see ur nuts grow back to normal size or if u think 250 mg hcg is low , then up it a litttle but never go over 500 iu. other than that u got a solid cycle. u could use some dbol to kickstart gains since enth will kick in until 4-6 week but its up to u

Yes...You can look in the pct fourms if you want to add clomid
or aromasin . Nolva only will work but why not do the best pct you can. It is very important.

I tend to disagree with stallion on PCT methods, though his does work, i prefer to be safe rather than sorry...

I like to do this for PCT...

nolva 20mg ed
clomid 25mg
aromasin 50mg ed

Wks (-2)-2:hcg 500iu 2x a week
^^^ which means the last two weeks of actual cycle and the first two weeks of PCT.

height (did you say 170cm? That means your roughly 5'6 right?)
weight (and im assuming you weigh 156lbs correct, just making sure)

bf%
diet summary/# meals per day
years lifting / workout split
cycle experience
pct/estrogen control knowledge

but clomid seems to give bad side effects n 'tis just used to restore natty test levels so hcg will be enough n clomid is not necessary
now why would u use aromasin in pct if nolva is employed?

nolva is just enough and better in pct
so hcg and nolva will be enough, but hey i respect ur opinion

i dont think hes brazilian he just works there

See youre 100% correct nolva is just enough...
I from the school of thought that you need an AI in PCT... Thats just me, always worked for me, and ive heard from the best as well...
A lot of times, people have no knowledge of HCG either, and its not used in most PCT's... Generally speaking of course...
And youre right clomid does give bad sides when used incorrectly...
When used in low doseage such as this, it is likely to not cause any adverse effects on the user...

Btw i respect your opinon as well my friend, im glad ive found someone who i can have a adult conversation with when we have a difference of opinion...

but i wouldnt run hcg like that either, i would use it to prepare for pct

not saying you are WRONG, just saying i have a different opinion. this of course would still work.

only at abuse levels 100mg-300mg. but at 25mg its okay.
aromasin stops estro conversion, nolva blocks existing
