with me gyno is almost always in my ****in head......even when i think i see it......and when i cut into single digits it disappears totally regardless of gear......so just be sure u have a real grasp on it being there before you do anything drastic.....i've run letro by itself before and i think that actually at times made me have more symptoms somehow
