    what to take?

hey guys new here...wanted to get some opinions from the experts...currently i am 6foot 229 pounds...i dont know what my body fat is ..but ive got nothing hanging over any belt lines..ive been heavy at for about 4 months with just no explode..and ive seen good gains in strength but not appearance..diet is pretty clean i get between 180-220 g protein a day..and a gallon on water per day..and the guy i train with is saying that i need to take winstrol 50mg a day oral to get to where i wana be...and from what i read on here you guys arent a big fan of that...so i am confused we lift 4 days a week i do cardio 4 days a week...id like to be 210 because with my frame and me getting stronger 210 would look good.. or at least be a good start...so if not just winstrol for cutting just to a get a start then what? thanks for the help guys

First off welcome to the board.

Secondly im afraid we'll need some more stats from you.

    age
    height 6'
    weight 229lb
    bf% -guesstimate
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

And yes, not many people here at fans of all oral cycles. (With the exception of Anavar.)

26 years old, body fat between 18-22%, 5-6 meals a day...usually 3 protein shakes or meal replacement bars in that...on non lifting days take in under 30 carbs....lifted on and off for 10 years but this has been my first go at lifting heavy..always did the 3 sets of 12-15 to cut lose weight...but trying this cause i think it works with my frame better..and does steroids overall just make you feel better...he was saying that people with sinuses can feel a lot better while on it

and i did read the forum on steroids...and its a lot to take in..ive always been scared to take them to be honest..but from what i understand its the abuse of them that causes side effects...im not looking for long term..1-2 cycles maybe

Steroids tend to have placebo effect on some people, where it makes them feel better.

Ive got to tell you pal, from the looks of it, it seems your diet is sub-par. Why dont you post a regular days meal plan. Leave out no details and please include how much your food WEIGHS, as well as macros if you have them.

Not to mention your BF% is entirely to high to begin a cycle.
Most people recommend a minimum of 12% BF before beginning a cycle due to elevated risk of estrogen related sides in people with higher BF%

btw, everyone always says 1 or 2 cycles... It rarely happens.

yea i had heard that ..thats why he suggested the winstrol because it doesnt mess with estrogen? i was just looking for a good boost..and around here its got a good name.

So what youre telling me is you get no carbs?

Bro, thats not a very good diet...

    1) You are not eating enough of the right foods.
    2) Most of your protein comes from shakes.
    3) Youre meals are lacking in complex carbs.

I can see your problem is one that can be fixed by a better diet. Here are some places for you to start.
