I heard 250mg was fine so i think thats what i want to do but is it a waiste?

250 test e a week won't do much at all - minimum 500 mg of test. What are your stats? PCT should start 2 weeks after last test e injection
And you will get more out of it by running it for 12 weeks and not eight. It takes around 5 weeks to even start workingQuote:

start nolva 10 days after last injection
like everyone said above, 250mgs is to low of a dose to see much gains and 8 weeks is way to short time wise to see gains

500 is a little higher than necessary, in my opinion, especially for a 1st timer. In my first cycle I did 400 and gained 26 lbs. I've done subsequent cycles with even less and had good gains.
What if gyno appear at the middle of the cycle what should i use. Whats everyones favs.
