DNP in the hot Australian Summer?
Hey ppls just a few questions on DNP ,
was planning on a 20 day cycle at 200mg/per day split 1 in am and 1 in pm,
but got to thinking if it might be a bad idea as the temp here will soon be between 30-40 degrees Celcius and I am in a hard physical labour job and sweating enough as it is! I mean it gets so hot sometimes I can barely breath or finish my workouts.
Should I cancell my dnp run until the cooler months or just go mad on fans and water?
thanks

DNP scares the shit out of me. I have what i believe a healthy fear in this case. I think with what it does to your body re body temp (and dehydration) you are asking for big time trouble in high temp - high physical activity - it can be dangerous enough without those factors. I would never consider it anyway ...but this, IMO, granted not experience but opinion, would be borderline suicidal. I guess I just totally agree with MuscleScience.

i have taken it 3 times in 80 F weather and It was hell....you will most certainly die....try something else...tren ...var...clen ....t3....cardio...
it is out of the question for you....and its not something that just goes away when you quit taking it...it takes almost a week in some cases to leave your body...
Stay away

I've taken DNP in the summer while working outdoors. I will tell you it was rough, and I do not recommend it.
I was sweating to the point where people would ask me if I was alright, and I'd tell them I had the flu.
In the gym, I'd go through 2 shirts because I was just pouring with sweat.
I ranged my dose from 200mg all the way up to 600mg.
600mg was just hell, complete insomnia, and just wanting to die. I monitored my body temp and it never got out of control, but I'd suggest stay away.

Hmm, I'm also thinking about running it during summer here in Aus, but I won't be out in the sun. Might be better off taking it while you have some time off from work.

Thanks to all who replied,
I will be going ahead with my dose/cycle as planned, but will exercise extreme caution. Thanks.
