First cycle

im going to be starting my first cycle in june/july
just whant your input on it

test cyp 10/wk @ 400mg (Edited so hopefully potent)
D-bol 1-5/wk @ 20mg (Thai d-bol blue hearts)

pct:
Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20/20 (week 12-16)
Clomid @ 100/100/50 (week 12-14)
LIV.52


still pondering on when to use Arimidex last two weeks of cycle @ 1mg
or during PCT but i hear that Arimidex and Nolva together is not good choice

im also going to be taking photo of stuff (when i buy a cam) to make sure the stuff is legit

at the moment my cal are a little over 3000 (clean foods/all complex carbs/essential fats and high proteins)

iv been told to maintain my diet and add on few hundred cals week keeping salts and carbs low and eat just as much after and during pct.

i dont have much info on how to train whilst on cycle?
and cant seem to find any either so some advice would be good (why is it no stickys on diet or training anywhere)

i chose d-bol very easy to get hold of and cheap and becouse cyp take atleast 5 weeks to actually kick in but anaver no problem to get hold of what was you anaver dosage.

no need to run it during pct. just stop it right b4 pct. Your fine with dbol, id lay off anavar on first cycle.

looks good mate, id up the dbol to around 50mg. thats the sweet spot for me.

Dbol if fine but bump it up to at least 30mg. Don't run too much adex.....you might not even need it at all. As far as how to train; just get on a good split and train yor ass off.

water weight is exactly what it is.... why take something that isn't gonna really retain much muscle.. i did sust and var, injured my shoulder 3 months ago and have still held on to alotta my gains cuz var does that.. just my 2 cents.. (btw it is a hell of a lot more expensive, but we cant talk prices here

ok know iv arrived with new problem iv been informed to add
HCG 1 week after cycle just 3 shots

and told to then only take clomid and nolava at 2omg a day

the reason i was given is that HCG would have done most the work in sorting out labido and return most test. but im not quite sure this is good idea
because from what iv read HCG is not needed in cycle like mines and when it is used in bigger cycles often during last week of cycle. also what do you guys think about 20mg clomid and nolva

also i think a change is required in cycle

test cyp:12 week@40mg
d-bol: 5 weeks@ 2/wk 20mg 3/wk 30mg

know i just need to sort out pct and HCG issue
is 3 shots 500iu HCG alongside 20mg Nolava 1 week after cycle ok
then continue with 20mg Nolva and
Clomid @ /100/50/20 for threee weeks

you see thats point of me taking d-bol feeling strong for 5 weeks till test kicks in. i wont lose all d-bol gains because then test would kick in and there will be PCT. the reason for d-bol is for strength.

deca i feel to strong a drug for my first cycle the risk of completely shutting down test is something i am trying to avoid so there is no crash.

iv also decided to take out arimidex (but will keep it at hand to be safe)
and taking Hcg into consideration

enth price is far more and when comparing cyp and enth not worth paying extra. also getting my hands on enth is another problem it is not as is to get hands on so if anything happens (lets just say vials breaks or i spill some or any other scenario that pops up) t

other than that it looks alright,im runnin the same cycle just using test e but am running 40mg of dbol ed (well 20mg of androl and 20mg of dbol)not ideal but ive got a couple of each look. and running 500mg of test a wk,but thats up to you,looks good though.

as for pct im just using just clomid and nolva.

i know im only starting HCG straight after and from what iv read with HCG u are required to take nolva
500mg is stable and much used dosage but iv heard god things about 400mg and im sure as its first cycle 400 will get plenty gains
how many weeks are u running test E
also have u had previous cycle experience, becouse HCG is only problem i dont really know if its necessary as im not certion that a simple test and dbol cycle couse testicular atrophy to such a vast degree also it is pricey?
if you had good results with just clomid and nolva and kept gains let me know i might then drop HCG

Also im not saying don't have nolva or arimdex on hand, I am saying DONT USE IT until you experience the beginning symptom (ie sensitive nipples). You don't go from sensitive nipples to boobs in two weeks if you are only on a first cycle.

yes you are right on the whole food any suggestion fish is VERY epesinve but i can add in salmon canned as for chicken i can add in another 2 breasts. instead of 8 eggs ill make that 10. and add in a cup of oats post workout. also replace pasta with rice. any other foods also MRP would be replaced with ON weight gainer (i want to keep it SPARKLING CLEAN regarding diet but experienced users may suggest a more dirty diet)

also i am wondering if i get injured between cycle do i discontinue use and start pct?

what is your view on age i personally think age is hyped up to much. as i look back at many bodybuilding careers i see allot pros that started at 18 hell arnold started at 15 from what im told. also allot bodybuilders rarely had experience in gym before cycle. also the sides reamin same regardless of age imo.
i seriously think instead demonize steroids more practical research needs to be done a miracle drug such as steroids, used for many reasons and rarley any research. does my cycle place my fertility at risk?
