hi im 40 years old , train hard, fought the earge to use gear all my life . i just started 4 weeks a go my first cycle of sust 250. im doin 250 every 3 days, and i eat as much as i can!!!
im really wanting to have a awesome workout schedual, and wondering if anyone has an opinion on what to do , as this is my first time , i dont want to over , or under train!!! i want to get bigger, but i dont wanna look like a blow fish!!! thanks
