i was told to increase my deca from 100mg/week to 200mg/week. i'm also on sustanon 250mg/week, and am 1 week in so far. diet is top notch, excercise regimen, rigorous. stats: 26, 5'10, 193lbs, 13% bF, training x 5 yrs, solid and bulked, but looking for more mass/size/cut.
is it worth increaseing the deca, or stay at what im on? increase the sustanon to 500mg/week instead?
