hi guys, after hearing, asking and learning more n more from this forum n people here.
i hope that you guy can help me out and improve on my diet, stats and cycle etc.
1stly my stats,
male
5'7
172 pounds
bf 17%
20 years old
2 years of on and off lifting experience .
taken winny and clen for a 8 week cycle and stop as i realise this is a shitty cycle.
my workout,
monday - chest and triceps, cardio
tues - back and abs , cardio
wed - cardio
thurs- shoulder and biceps , cardio
fridae - legs, cardio
sat - cardio
sun - rest
(my cardio consist of running or cycle at heart rate for 130-140 at around 45min)
my diet,
morning cardio and weight lifting on a empty stomach.
meal 1:
Straight after work out and cardio, 50g of whey protein shake and 1 banana
Meal 2:
4 egg white, oat meal with little honey and 2 loaf of whole meal bread.
Meal 3:
1 can of low fat tuna wit 4 loaf of whole meal bread
Meal 4:
Veggies, Lean chicken or turkey breast meat with 1/2 cup of rice
Meal 5:
Shake with Flax
Meal 6:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
my aim is to get a lean shredded look, lowering my body fat to ard 8%-10%.
as i heard that you must build muscles 1st before you cut.
can anyone advice a gd cycle which able to help me achieve my aim.
