Okay, after doing some research I've decided that for the effects I want, Test E and Var are looking good to me. Can anyone please give me solid advice on the frequency and length and also if this is all I need or does it need to be combined with something like nolvadex? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I just think 500mg/week for a 1st timer is too much. 300-400 is great given that your body makes anywhere between 50-70 mg/week of Testosterone when you are in your late teens and during 20's.

Keep nolvadex at 10 mg/day through the cycle and PCT.
Good advice people thanks! Stats are 205 lbs. 6ft. Decent training. I'm a athlete that wrestles so I need to maintain my weight and burn fat. Body fat % is 15.
Why are you doing Test E then? neither the Test or the Anavar will help you in this. You are going to gain mass of this.Quote:

Matter of fact you can gain mass and drop BF while on Test E if you can "choke" your diet the right way.

and you can run the clomid as well 4 pct if u like .....
if you keep your diet clean you will still bulk up but lose a little bf% as you normally do whilst on test .....and ive also read somewhere in the many posts on here and other sites about vars fat burning properties or it promotes the environment 4 this to occur -something like that ... and doing nolva throughout unless neccasry is overkill only use the nolva on cycle if need be same as adex , again read up on here using search button and you'll see this reported everywhere
What I mean by chocking your diet, is keepin' it clean, but high in cals while cycling the carbs with up to 4 grams per lb of body weight and down to 1 gram per lb of body weight gradually. One cycle should take 5 days, for example if you weigh 200 lbs, then day 1 800 grams, day 2 500 grams, day 3 350 grams, day 4 and 5 200 grams, and back up again at day 6.Quote:
