been working out for 2 years very dedicated with minimal results
What is your diet like? 21 is still kind of young...
egg white and oatmeal in the morning
protein bar 3hours later
chicken/rice for lunch
sweetpatato 3 hours later
mass building protein shake after workout
tuna/pasta for dinner or similar
diet is lacking, 21 is too young imo, but when you're ready to cycle you're on the right track with the test e, 500mg/week would be fine. research pct as well and get everything lined out before you begin.
I don't know how big your portions are, but it sounds like you need to be eating a lot more.
