37 yo, 5'11", 190, 11.5%bf lifting for long enough.
Next 4 weeks I'll do a recovery (sports) period (ketogenic diet).
Then add carbs to my diet (before/after working out) and:
6 weeks of GVT to drop my bf and prepare myself for a
6 weeks strength /power cycle followed by a 5X5.
The cycle/PCT that inted to do is:
week1-12 = 500mg test E week + .25 adex daily
week 14-15 = 40mg Nolvadex daily
week 16-17 = 20mg Nolvadex daily
The goal is to get strong and lean
Questions:
I wanna maximize my strength/power, when should I start my injections with GVT, prior to that?
I feel compelled to add masteron on the week#5 until week # 12 to maximize results, is it wise?
Is my PCT and adex all right?
