    This beginner needs help!

Ok, so bascially I'm looking to get into shape. I'm 21 165 lbs 5'9...I'm not fat I mean I have a gut, but I'm nothing huge. i've been told that I have broad shoulders and a huge back. I recently decided that I wanted to get into shape. I've never really gone to the gym or worked out aside from when we had too at school. I have some muscle but it's barely noticeable.

Basically what I'm looking for is for someone to help me with a workout plan..like what exactly to do on each day/how many times/reps all that stuff. I know this seems like a lot to ask, but hiring a personal trainer is not in my budget. Also maybe a list of what everyone eats daily to help with getting into shape and building muscle.

Also I want to inquire about the "medicines" builders use to gain muscle, if you catch my drift...

Any help would be greatly appreciated

work out hard and eat right, and maybe u can think about doing a cycle of steroids in a few years, reason being, you need to get as much of your natural potential as you can,and since you dont have experience with weights you need to build up your ligaments/tendons before they take on the work load of juice. building muscle too fast without being prepared is on the fast track to a severe injury to a joint/muscle/ or tendon.

Welcome bro...theres plenty of info here to be read...I wouldn't be in a hurry to use any "medicine" any time soon...maybe after a year of solid training and eating right...good luck

What everyone else said... Read and learn... Don't just think because you want to lift you want to try a short cut to getting big. It doesn't work like that... There is much to know. Steroids aren't magic beans. If you need some help with a routine hit me up.. i've tried several different routines in tighter schedules and shit. i'm sure i can pull something together for you.... let me know.

    Hows your diet?
