Well you want to at least keep it above that of a HRT patient if you'd like to see a good enough gains, no point in running what you may make naturally while shutting yourself down then having to recover.
I mean thats your choice I'd say at least 250mg a week as this is well above what one can produce naturally and you'll see gains.
But I'd go w/ 400-500mg of test e for 12 weeks

300 mgs to me is the sweet spot for very little if any sides while still noticeable gains. Most people run at least 400 with 500 being the most common for first few cycles. with 500mg though most people have noticeable acne and bloating. Anti-e can help with many estrogen related sides and i take propecia to help with dht sides
It really depends on your cycle experience. Someone who has never touched test before should respond well to 250-300 mg, but with a few cycles under your belt you might need more.
300mg is sufficient for a bulk OR cut when your diet/training are inline.Quote:

Its going to be my second cycle if i start. at 500 mg a week of test e i got gains but when i finished with my 16 week cycle and started pct i lost nearly everything and also got some hair on my sholders back and chest i think test is not a good idea for me. Test is a base and a must have for each and every cycle at minimal for TRT dosing.. so your Penis stays in working condition.. in case you like that limp noodle feeling...

No i just wanted to keep the side effects to a minimum thats why i asked wheter i could go for 8 weeks cycle and 250mg a week will i still have gains?? Or shall i front load??
Also i dont want to be sexual function whats so ever i can go without sex for 2, 3 months
if u want the least side effects go with test p and 50mg/ed thats like 350 mg /week
