Yo Fellow Powerlifters!
I've been competing for 15 years and am relatively well known in the sport. I posted a LOT under this same handle from 2003-2005 and hit some pretty good APF numbers, thanks to some pretty helpful supps, at that time.
Cleaned up in 04 and started lifting USAPL the past couple years but my natural test hasn't bounced back and so the doc is gonna put me on 200mg Cyp HRT and so I'll be coming back to the APF now.
Anyway, after some deliberation, I think I'll just add a lil to his script and hover at 400-500mg long term (dropping back to regular dosages before bloodwork checks with the doc). Been off the boards for a while, so if any of you fellow powerlifters can drop me a line and say hello, its appreciated.

Did some in high school, nothing since. Built a nice solid base base for me which I think is essential. Not enough kids actually train before hitting the gear. 2 months of working out and they think they hit their potential... too bad.

So the 200mg/wk of cyp isnt cutting it? its nice to cruise on 200-250mg/wk and then blast up to whatever you want and add in other AAS. btw how bad is the drug testing in the USAPL? did you ever get tested out-of-meet?

I wonder what would be healthier long term...staying on 200mg and then hitting 2 pre-meet cycles a year, or just hovering at 500mg indefinitely?
Probably option one is better and would produce better meet results.
As for drug testing in the USAPL, its as legit as it can be. I never saw anything the least bit unfair or suspicious.

no, not 500 from now on. Thats a lot of extra Estrogen all the time, you dont want to be popping Anti's as well, cant be good on the liver and kidneys.

Welcome Back Squatalot… It is good to have more powerlifters on here. I am curious to what are some of your best numbers?
I just started to compete in push/ pulls about a year ago and my bench and dead are just a little over 500lbs in comp at SHW. However, that is all natty training for the past 2 years. I just recently went over to the dark side but I had to quit because BP got too high. Therefore, I intend to drop some serious weight before going back on
Anyway it is good to have you here and I hope to chat with you soon…

I took a combination of the best anti-e's on the market back when I cycled from 03-05 and STILL ended out with a nasty case of gyno.
Although the $4,000 surgery hurt my wallet, the surgeon was so proud of his work that he wanted to publish my pics (I declined).
The gland has been removed, so I "assume" I'm safe now.
