    Tren/Test E/Nandrolone cycle.

    Hi people,

    I've just started my 3rd cycle and wanting to get some input in regards to it, used this site before and its by far the greatest source of information for steroids on the www. Keep up the good work guys!

    As for my stats:
    Im 27yrs old 5'5 short, approximately 175lbs, around 7-10% of body fat, been training for 5 years now, 1 and a half years of solid training 5-6 days a week. My goals are to put on another 20-30lbs of muscle mass. Basically need to bulk up a bit. Hi carb diet, take my whey proteins, weight gainers every training day twice and once on off days. As for previous cycles, my first was a Sus/deca cycle, 250mgs/week sus and 300mgs/week deca. 2nd cycle Anapolon(20mgs/day x 4weeks)/Test Prop(100mgs EOD)/Test E(500mgs/week).

    My latest cycle looks like this:
    Weeks 1-2: Test E 175mgs/3.5days + Nandrolone 250mgs/week
    Weeks 3-10: Test E 250mgs/3.5days + Nandrolone 250mgs/week
    Week 4: Start incorporating Trenbolone Acetate 75mgs/day. Run for 10 days.
    Weeks 11-12: Test E 175mgs/3.5days
    PCT:
    Start HCG injections 500IU EOD from week 8 and run into week 15.
    Week 15-18: Chomid 50/50/50/50, Nolvadex 40/40/20/20, Vit E 1000IU/day, tribulus caps (42gms w/saponin 340mgs) 1/day for 60day cycle.

    My quesions are with the trenbolone, seeing as ive never had it before i only bought 10mls so depending on how my body reacts to it ill see whether i can cope daily for 10 days or maybe down to EOD injections which would last me 20days this way. If my body reacts well to it, would it be a good idea to run another 10days of ED injections of the same.. Also i dont want to be stingy but at the same time i didnt want the effect of deca and fina dick in one go so i kept the dose of Nandrolone to the minimal.. Is 250mgs/week sufficeient enough to work on me? All feedback is appreciated and your suggestions are more than welcome..

    A lot of people will not like the idea of running 2 19Nors so either Deca or Tren , not both. Being a 3rd cycle, I would stick to the deca @ 500/wk and you will do fine. I would also stick to one dosage of the Test and not to change it up and down during the cycle, keep your levels the same throughout.

    And for future cycles, especially if you are going to include Tren, have it all on hand before you start. Dont use what you have planning on buying more when needed. Never works well.

    The first thing i saw was the 2 19nors and i don't like it. Plus, you don't have enough tren to run even at eod injections. Just stick to the test and deca . And like mentioned, shoot the same amount throughout cycle. No need to pyramid. Hold off on the tren for another cycle and get about 40mls to be on the safe side. Personally, i think the sides are more manageable with ed injections, but you can do eod if you want.

    Ok.. Leave tren aside for another time, keep dosage constant 500mgs/week for Test E, and up dosage of Nandrolone to 500mgs/week. In your opinion, would it be wise to take the 500mgs of Nandrolone as one shot per week or should i spread it to 250mgs/3.5days like the test? Also i have at hand and would like to incorporate either Test Prop 100mgs or Mastaplex (Drostanolone Prop) 100mgs of which i've never tried however had excellent results from Test Prop on previous cycle, though i've read great things about Mastaplex 100. Which of the two would you suggest i stack with my Test E/Nandrolone cycle and if i were to do 100mgs/EOD injections, where in my above mentioned cycle and how long would be wise to run it?

    For the Deca , split into twice per week. As for the others, more isnt better. You already have your test in there. If you want to front load with the prop to avoid the 4-5 week wait for your E to take hold then thats fine, but dont keep adding compounds cause its MORE. You are more than good with your cycle as is.

    Wont be pyramidding cycles redz, it was just my stupid idea of weezing off the test for less side effects but hey thats what my PCT is there for ay. Thanks for bearing with me guys, you've been good help and i'll be sure to post back with my results after cycle and prep up for the next!

    All that gear and experience and you're only 176lbs?

    Even at 5,5" I think you need to spend more time researching nutrition before more AAS.

    Flex Lewis is 5'5"-5'6" and competes at 200lbs at 3-4%...... assuming he's not lying about himself being 175lbs at 10%bf..... thats actually not too bad IMO

    Yes i know you're right i should be focusing alot more on my diet but its alot harder than just saying it because of the trade im in and just not having the time. I do have a fast metablism and its very hard to keep my weight, my first cycle was useles seeing as i didnt do enough research and being "young and dumb". I cut down on training not long after my second cycle and after one and a half years of dedicated training i'm keen now and hoping to keep most of my gains by continuing to stay focused and even planning on what my next cycle would look like so it motivates me to continue. With your assistance and more research i can benefit from here on. I think i've done alright so far but i'm keen to gain more size!

    Add another 20 lbs of muscle on, and that's it.
