im wanting to do a cycle and was wondering if this would be worth runnung iv done similar to it but not a such a low dose

- 6am 40g whey
- 7am 8 eggs 2cups oat meal
- 10am 10oz red meat 2 cups rice
- 1pm 12oz chicken 2 cups rice
- 4pm 12oz chicken 2 cups rice
- 7pm post 60g whey 80g carbs
- 10pm 12oz fish 12oz sweet popatos
just looking for about 10 - 15 lbs and i train 4 days a weeks 12 sets per muscle o ya been training for about 3 years
