- 6am 40g whey
- 7am 8 eggs 2cups oat meal
- 10am 10oz red meat 2 cups rice
- 1pm 12oz chicken 2 cups rice
- 4pm 12oz chicken 2 cups rice
- 7pm post 60g whey 80g carbs
- 10pm 12oz fish 12oz sweet popatos
- 1-4 dbol 30mgs a day
- 1-8 test c 250mg a week
- pct
- 10-14 nolv 40 20 20 20

8 weeks is too short for a long estered compound, imo.

1. There is no good ratio intake between proteins and carbs.
2. What about fats, either saturated and unsaturated?
3. What about fibres?
Regarding the cycle, I think you are too young.

well i dont think im to young im wanting to go pro in bbing not just look good i guess im to young to have a wife and kid to but i whent and did that so i posted everything els just so you wouldn't ask so it was out there its not the diet im woundering about its the cycle just wanting to know if any one has run it this low and seen any gains from it sorry for sounding rude but im not some one looking to just impress some girl or be hot on the beach im trying to make somthing out of myself in this sport

i know and thank you buddy ill run it for 12weeks and up it to 500mg just got to get the extra test not wanting to wast money

Ronnie Rowland states in his post that running a compound over 8 weeks is a waste unless you increase the dose.
Thiers alot mixed opinions on this.
so i would say try it and see how you get on.
