    We don't need stats?

I've seen 2 threads today alone where the OP asked a question that clearly merited stats, and when we asked for stats, they replied "you don't need stats". When asking for cycle advice, our recommendation won't be the same for a 65 year old man as it will for a 24 year old man or a 30 year old woman. If you don't understand why we need stats, ask us. However if you act like a prick and tell us we don't need stats, then you just won't get the advice of most of the members of the board. We're here to help, but remember you are the one who came to us for help, and it will be on our terms so we can advise accordingly. If you don't want advice specific to your situation, read the stickies and use the search button. If you want specific advice, give us the info we ask for.

Why don't you have yours listed in your profile? This is the perfect chance to let people know where you're at and then you don't have to worry about people aking.....they can just look it up.

If they are not willing to give stats its because they are lacking and they know they will get shot down.

Usually if someone is asking for cycle advise espesially a newbe I will usually wait for the vets to ask all the right questions before adding my .002 but if someone is just asking a general question I dont see the prob with answering it (he is obviosly trying to do some research) but not for cycle advise I try not to get involved too much there is no need really.

the problem is we also have to many newbies who are more than willing to offer up advise without knowing anything about the OP and most all the advise is BAD.

in the few short months I've been frequenting this group, I too have noticed this to be a pattern with some of the newer/younger crowd. I have been humbled more than once, thinking I knew a thing, then after additional study, to find out I wasn't as knowledgeable as I had thought/hoped.

Some of these mates here have alot of knowledge, and when they ask a question, it's for a reason. Old thread, but worthy of the bump.

    Bump.

Now can you just answer my question? What do stats have to do with anything? I just want to gain 50 lbs of lean muscle, no water weight and lose my gut. I need this accomplished in one month because I'm going to a family reunion and I want to look good with my shirt off.

    Hahaha. Bump again.

But why do you need to know my stats if I told you my diet is in check and my cycle experience rivals that of Lance Armstrong? Ok fine, here are my stats:

    S-pecially
    T-rained
    A-nabolic
    T-hread
    S-tarter

Now can you tell me if my 16 wk dbol cycle will help me gain 50 lbs of pure muscle while losing my beer belly?
