January 2010 Bulk cycle

Ok guys,

Myself and my training partner are going to be doing a bulking cycle in January 2010.

I am 26yrs, 5"9 tall, weigh 15 stone, bf of 10%, have 8 years of training experience and have done 3 bulking cycles in the past (last one 2 years ago though).

My training partner is 47 yrs old, 5"5 tall, weighs approx 13 and half stone, bf of 17%, has 10 years on and off training (although has been training for last 6 months solid with me) and he has NEVER done a AAS cycle before.

Both our diets are tight (can post it if need be).

We are both currently taking HGH, 4iu everyday spilt into two - morning and night (on fourth week now). HGH will be ran all year round.

In the past I have had problems witrh acne sides (fully cleared up now though) and so am a little wary again about this.

I am thinking of doing the following cycle though:-

1.Test Enthanate - 500mg per week - spilt into two injections per week - e.g Monday and Thursdays. Plan on doing the Test E for 12 weeks.

2. Deca - 400mg per week - again split into two injections per week - e.g Monday and Thursdays. Plan on doing the Deca for 12 weeks.

Should I do the first two weeks Test E only then incorporate the Deca for the twelve week period?
What gains should i expect with HGH and this AAS cycle.

Also when the cycle is finished (last two weeks being Deca only) what recommendations do you guys have for PCT?
I'm led to believe that i should wait 2 weeks after my last deca injection before starting my PCT, is this the case?

I will then be living by the rule of time on = time off before doing my next cycle so for instance, I finish my cycle beginning of April 2010, considering doing another cycle in August time roughly?

I apologise for the high volume of questions but I'm looking for a lot of answers LOL!

why are you taking your GH at night? at 4iu's you could do early morning and mid afternoon shots. Not at night.

regarding the cycle, I'd run the test two weeks longer than the deca...however you choose to do that.

So, pct would start 2 weeks after your last test inj.

don't run the deca longer than the test. that's backwards, bro.

GH should be taken in the morning, and middle of the afternoon to correspond properly with your natural GH secretion (your body produces GH at night.) -- this is a little different though, because you will be producing significantly more GH then your training partner (due to his age).

Regarding the cycle: looks fine. I usually only recommend test-only for first time users; however, at 47 I think your training partner could REALLY benefit from the joint lubricating benefits of deca.

EDIT: you're correct about the time off protocol.

Time off = (PCT-time + Time on cycle).

I'll switch to the morning and afternoon injections for the growth.
I usually work 8am until 4pm so will inject HGH in morning first thing (6:30am) then at about 4:30pm when i get in from work, i usually have to train at 7pm so i suppose the afternoon injection at 430pm will allow me to fit in my pre workout meal at about 5:30pm, would you guys agree?

With regards to the bulk cycle - I go away for 10 days on 25th March (abroad) so worked my calender out and could easily fit in a 14 week cycle just prior to the holiday (cycle ends day before i go away) then PCT when i get back.
how would you guys run the deca/enth cycle for that length of time? I know we mentioned running the deca first then enth? could an example from one of you guys be posted please?

My source for the gear (a competative bodybuilder in his own right, has told my training partner that we should also possibly consider hardening up the gains at the end of the cycle, would this have to be done after the deca and enth are finished or can it be incorporated in the 14 week cycle? Or are we pushing it a little too hard in your guys opinions?)

just run the test/deca. it's a solid cycle.
