About 30 hrs ago I injected 0.5 ml of test 400 in to my delt, same place I have done before, same depth as before, However, my Delt has swollen up like a chicken fillet and is quite painfull. This is the first time anything like this has happened.
What should I do please?
have u used test 400 before?

It hurt a bit last night, but have woken up this moring and its swollen and is painfull, am about to go to the gym now and see what its like. I had 0.5 ml last week and put 0.5ml in each delt yesterday, the right is ok but the left is not. (the reason for the 2 x 0.5 ml is that I had been told that it is slow to "disolve", so thought that 2 x 0.5ml would do for this time.

I dont think it does anything to put 0.5ml in each delt,
I have just been switching it up week to week or day to day

I used cleean needles and syringe for each
could I have gone straight through my delt and out the other side?
if this has happened has it gone in to fat?
I dont really want to go to the hospital, but its a bit scary?!
