Yea I'd say about the same 14% is a rough estimate, sadly we men store most of our fat on our belly, rest body is pretty lean, probably lower then 14%

Thanks for all the quick responses guys, greatly appreciated... I'm 21 years old with about 5 years of all natural solid lifting+dieting experience, I'm thinking about a cycle of Test E towards the end of march if i can get down to 12%. Do you guys think I'm ready on my stats?

Yes that is defiantly true, Its so hard for me to lose that little bit of fat in the belly button area to let my abs shine, I'm working on it though any suggestions to help that?

Post your diet in the diet section. Get some help dialing your foods in and you will have the 6 pack showing before you know it.

Yes that is a big factor in the whole decision, 21 may not be the optimal age, but I feel that it's the youngest "acceptable" age. I'm not worried about my growth plates because I have been 6'4 since I was 16, havent grown an millimeter, and height is scarce in my family genes so I think I'm done growing.. I honestly do agree in feeling that the optimal age to use AAS is from 24-25 but I feel that with the knowledge, experience, and core that I have gained over the past 5 years as well as the research I have done makes me feel more mentally ready than just any other 21 year old.

Yea me to I grew like 10 inches in a year I went from short and fat to tall and skinny, and didn't even know it I moved to michigan for a year and came back a freak. Lmao. Every ones gota make up thwr own minds. Def post your diet and see if your eating enuf to grow. Look into short cycles, they suposedly have less sides and shouldn't shut u down as bad as long ones and don't do deca cuz its very supressive at your young age.
