14%...
I would say 12-13%.
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/ it will get you a close idea....
Yea I'd say about the same 14% is a rough estimate, sadly we men store most of our fat on our belly, rest body is pretty lean, probably lower then 14%
Ditto on 14ish. Next time post in the members pics section.
that calculator is more off than the hand held devices, says I'm 18% bf.... when i'm 10-11%
Yeah...BMI has me as Obese.

Thanks for all the quick responses guys, greatly appreciated... I'm 21 years old with about 5 years of all natural solid lifting+dieting experience, I'm thinking about a cycle of Test E towards the end of march if i can get down to 12%. Do you guys think I'm ready on my stats?

Same 14 ur about the same size as I. I just cut a bit off think I'm bout 12 or less.
Those stoopid hand mabobs, are for regular sized people. Lol!
Stats are ok, but to do AAS, Every ones going to say your to young. Most fellas here will agree. 24 to 25 due to growth plates and hpta.
i have an extra set of clampers ill sell it to you for 60 bucks
Yes that is a big factor in the whole decision, 21 may not be the optimal age, but I feel that it's the youngest "acceptable" age. I'm not worried about my growth plates because I have been 6'4 since I was 16, havent grown an millimeter, and height is scarce in my family genes so I think I'm done growing.. I honestly do agree in feeling that the optimal age to use AAS is from 24-25 but I feel that with the knowledge, experience, and core that I have gained over the past 5 years as well as the research I have done makes me feel more mentally ready than just any other 21 year old.
Yea me to I grew like 10 inches in a year I went from short and fat to tall and skinny, and didn't even know it I moved to michigan for a year and came back a freak. Lmao. Every ones gota make up thwr own minds. Def post your diet and see if your eating enuf to grow. Look into short cycles, they suposedly have less sides and shouldn't shut u down as bad as long ones and don't do deca cuz its very supressive at your young age.
